With a low caseload of 7 clients, you will have the ability to provide personalized and effective care. You will also lead treatment teams and work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
">Compensation Package
">As a Clinician with CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC, you will be rewarded with a competitive starting pay of $64,000/year, along with additional incentives. You will also receive an annual stay-on bonus of $1,000 for the first two years. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid vacation, medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as a 401K and employee assistance programs.
">Requirements and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need a graduate degree in Social Work or Counseling and active or pursuing licensure in Maine. Your strong communication and leadership skills will enable you to effectively work with clients, families, and treatment teams.
