Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity exists for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based therapy services in West Tyler/Frankston/Bullard areas. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations and developing treatment plans.
• Creating home exercise programs with caregivers and collaborating with healthcare providers.
• Meeting patient visit requirements and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Adhering to agency policies and relevant regulations.
  
  

Requirements include a current Texas license, reliability, flexibility, and technology proficiency. Preferred qualifications include 3 years of pediatric experience, home-health background, feeding therapy certifications, and bilingual skills.
