Job Responsibilities and Requirements
As a pediatric home health nurse with our organization, you will work closely with patients and their families to develop personalized care plans. This involves delivering high-quality care to low-acuity cases from Friday to Sunday, 0700-1900 hours. A valid RN/LVN license is mandatory for this role; non-licensed individuals will not be considered. You must also possess a current CPR card, a valid driver's license, and mobile status to travel to assist patients.
