What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medication Nurse Day Shift (Every 3rd Weekend) position at CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC.?
We are seeking a Part-Time LPN Med Nurse for an 8-hour Day Shift (6a-2:30p) on Saturdays and Sundays, with every 3rd weekend required (16 hours per pay period). Weekend shift differentials of $2/hour are available.

- Active ND LPN license or ability to obtain upon hire
- Long Term Care experience preferred, but not required
- Assess residents needs and health status
- Administer medications and treatments
- Update and follow residents plans of care
- Document in electronic medical records
- Assist in training new team members
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff
- Report incidents or violations of residents rights
