Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in our Rural Health Clinic.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, formulate, and implement treatment plans for patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics.
- Assist with the treatment and follow-up of Occupational Medicine clients.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner school.
- Current licensure with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations.
- Minimum of one year of experience preferred.
- Current certification in CPR.
Schedule and Benefits
This is a full-time position working four 10-hour days, rotating days including weekends.
The hourly rate for this position is $53.00 - $76.85 per hour.
