Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Clinician to provide clinical services for individuals, families, and groups facing behavioral, substance abuse, psychiatric, or emotional issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans
- Providing on-call support to ensure continuity of care and address emerging issues
- Coordinating care with other healthcare providers and participating in clinical supervision to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree and CT State Licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is highly desirable.
