Occupational Therapist - Per Diem

Essential Functions

• Document accurately in medical records and respond to code situations.
• Apply professional skills in patient care and follow treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with appropriate services and conduct evaluations.
• Design and implement therapy plans, operate treatment devices, and educate families.
• Perform assessments, teach patients, and assist with adaptive equipment selection.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and department software effectively.
• Communicate cooperatively and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Complete mandatory learning and maintain required certifications.
• Participate in department meetings.
  
  

Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy school.

License/Certification: Licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington; BLS required.

Experience: Recommended experience in acute hospitals or nursing homes.

Pay: $39.86 - $59.79 per hour; Schedule: 8-hour shift; Work Location: In person.
