RN/LPN DAY SHIFT

POSITION SUMMARY: The Nurse, under the direction of nursing leadership, provides effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and analyzing patient data.
• Developing and evaluating individualized care plans.
• Implementing nursing functions and delegating care appropriately.
• Communicating patient information and collaborating with healthcare teams.
• Participating in discharge planning and ensuring a respectful environment.
  
  

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be a graduate of an approved nursing school, licensed by the State Board of Nursing, and preferably have experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
