Weekend RN

Registered Nurse (RN) position for home health and hospice care, working weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday). Responsibilities include:

  • Covering calls and making patient visits
  • Providing patient care and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and initiating care plans
  • Wound care, IV therapy, medication management, and hospice care

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license
  • Preferred experience in home health, hospice, or acute care
  • Strong clinical skills, documentation, and computer proficiency
  • Reliable transportation and a compassionate, patient-focused attitude
