Join our innovative team as a Product Development / Fit Specialist! In this role, you'll blend your expertise in product design with your passion for perfecting fit. You'll collaborate with designers and engineers to develop and refine products, ensuring they meet performance and comfort standards. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of fit technologies will drive our product excellence
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create and maintain Tech Packs with detailed raw material BOM, sketches, specs and proper grading information
- Conduct fit measurements and fit sessions with models when necessary for Fit – PP – TOP samples
- Communicate fit comments with factories to improve the fit, based on brand standards and follow thorough necessary corrections
- Dictate necessary adjustments to patterns, specs & samples
- Review and improve workmanship issues with factories
- Keep organized records of pre-production & production samples along with their overall comments
- Review & comment on production inspection reports’ measurements & workmanship
- Support production team, to establish and maintain fit & quality standards throughout the production process
- Other duties as assigned
