Job Scope:
As an Area Manager in Training, you will learn all aspects of our business while working side by side with the Area and Regional Manager, supervising assigned branches under the direction of the Area Manager. You will support the Area Manager in evaluating people, performance and developing action plans to improve skills and results of those you will help supervise.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Motivating your team and ensuring their success by communicating company goals, policy and procedures, and critical deadlines.
- Results Orientation: Lead your team to deliver expected results using our proven process and best practices.
- Marketing & Sales: Lead your team to reach or exceed sales goals by demonstrating how to sell our products to consumers, growing and maintaining business partnerships.
- Recruiting: Continuing to grow your team by sourcing and attracting candidates and conducting interviews to find the best fit for your open positions.
- Management: Ability to prepare and present concepts and recommendations to co-workers and supervisors in an effective and professional manner.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a high-volume retail, leadership role.
- Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
- Title lending experience preferred.
- Ability to relocate preferred.
