This position is designed to be a key contributor to the sales cycle supporting our overall Lead Management process. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for driving incremental growth by delivering qualified opportunities from multiple lead-generation sources to our Account Managers, while acting as the front line to our Client Experience.

This position requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Specific vision requirements including reading of written documents, visual inspection of materials, and use of computer monitor screen frequently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the first point of contact to prospective clients, assessing their needs and aligning with internal capabilities.
- Manage leads from multiple sources to deliver qualified opportunities to the Account Managers
- Develop and manage specified groups of clients
- Engage with Management for the development and execution of prospect lists
- Promote client awareness of CPT technologies and departments
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure all quotations are submitted to clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain a working knowledge of overall company capabilities to drive collaboration across departments
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- BS/BA in health – related science.
- At least 2 years experience in a GCP, GMP or GLP environment.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Evidence of strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate multi-disciplinary teams.
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Must have initiative and problem solving/analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- Must be organized, flexible, and able to work independently, as well as with other team members.
- Applicant should possess the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively
- Must have extensive knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint with formatting functions.
