What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bus Driver (Part-time) position at Consumer Support Services, Inc.?
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or G.E.D. certificate; 18 years of age and ability to deliver Homemaker Personal Care Services according to the regulations set forth by the regulatory agencies and valid driver’s license (5 points or less on BMV Driver’s Abstract).
HOURLY OVERTIME NON-EXEMPT SCHEDULE: Position requires that employee be willing to work the schedule as assigned. SUPERVISED BY: Site Supervisor/Home Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
1. Plan, coordinate and supervise activities for work (if applicable), social and leisure experiences, always ensuring the welfare and safety of the individual at all times.
2. Plan and supervise expenditures or financial needs, documenting properly, all the individual purchases and expenditure requirements.
3. Plan, perform and supervise basic life activities as indicated in the ISP / IHP.
4. Plan, cook and serve nutritious meals each day for the individual.
5. Maintain and clean the work site as indicated in the ISP / IHP.
6. Participate as a member of the Individual’s team.
7. Report and document the individual’s progression or regression
8. Provide transportation services as outlined in the ISP / IHP.
9. Obey all traffic laws to assure safe and legal transportation of everyone in the vehicle.
10. Participate in initial and ongoing training as required by agency, local and state regulations.
11. Document and maintain accurate records.
12. Attend all staff meetings and successfully complete all assigned training.
13. Establish and maintain appropriate and beneficial relationships with individuals, families, guardians and community.
14. Be prepared and capable of responding to emergencies.
15. Insure that individual’s rights are observed.
16. Communicate to your Site Supervisor/Home Manager concerns or incidents that should arise.
17. Communicate with all co-workers at the assigned site any concerns that may arise.
18. Adhere to CSS Policy and Procedure.
19. Assist the individuals to advocate for their own needs.
20. Adhere to all safety standards set forth per regulatory agencies and CSS.
21. Perform other related duties as necessary, assigned, and appropriate to enhance the lives of the individuals
