Retail Production Team Member

Consumer Textile Corporation (CTC) is hiring a Retail Production Team Member to join our team! The Retail Production position is a dynamic role involving various tasks, from processing garments in the plant to assisting with deliveries to our three store locations in Elk City, Weatherford, and Clinton. Along with delivering to the stores, you will be filling in at the retail locations periodically. This role requires attention to detail to ensure that garments are handled carefully and efficiently, while working at a steady pace to maintain productivity throughout the day. A valid driver’s license & clean MVR is required.

Duties:

Processing Garments

· Running pressing equipment to finish garments to be wrinkle free

· Hanging, sorting, and bundling clothing

· Inspecting garments for wrinkles and stains

· Loading clothing onto rails, sorted by route

Driving

· Delivery of garments to retail locations

· Loading/Unloading of delivery vehicle

Retail Locations

· Ability to check in clothing

· Customer Service

· Ability to retrieve clothing/use retail system

· Collecting payments

Skills/Qualifications

· Requires a strong attention to detail

· Minimum language and communication skills in speaking and understanding English

· Must be willing to learn, ask questions, follow directions, meet production standards, work at a steady pace and be a team player!

· Ability to work in heat and cold, and stand during working hours

· Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the day

· Reliable transportation or ability to arrive to work every day at scheduled shift time

Monday -Thursday 6:00am-4:00pm (Hours may vary depending on tasks, Friday's if needed for driving or retail location)
