What You’ll Do
As a Customer Outreach Representative, you’ll be the voice of ConsumerAffairs, reaching out to real customers to collect authentic reviews about their experiences. You’ll have meaningful conversations, ensure quality storytelling, and play a key role in helping other consumers make informed decisions.

- Conduct engaging phone interviews with customers of ConsumerAffairs Accredited brands
- Capture genuine feedback and ensure it meets our quality standards
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while keeping conversations natural and engaging
- Meet daily and weekly goals for completed reviews and calls (we love a good challenge!)
- Keep detailed and accurate records for reporting and performance tracking

Hard Skills:
Strong verbal communication – you’re comfortable on the phone and can keep a conversation flowing
