Job Summary:
The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for developing and managing the company's relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. This role ensures transparent, consistent, and strategic communication of the company’s financial performance, business strategy, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a proactive investor relations strategy in alignment with the company’s goals.
- Prepare and manage quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and annual reports.
- Coordinate and support earnings calls, press releases, investor conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one investor meetings.
- Serve as a key point of contact for current and potential investors, analysts, and financial media.
- Monitor analyst reports, shareholder activity, stock performance, and peer company metrics.
- Gather and analyze investor feedback to provide insights to executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and other financial disclosure requirements (in partnership with legal and finance teams).
- Collaborate across departments to maintain a consistent message to the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Required) (MBA or CFA a plus).
- 5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or capital markets. (Required)
- Familiarity with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and GAAP financials. (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and regulatory reporting.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Salary : $115,000 - $170,000
