This is a full-time on-site role for a Member Service Representative located in Massapequa, NY. The Member Service Representative will be responsible for addressing member inquiries and concerns, processing transactions, providing information about products and services, and resolving issues in a professional manner. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate member records, assisting with loan applications, and performing other clerical duties as needed.
