Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions to small and medium-sized business (SMB) owners. This role focuses on understanding client needs, delivering tailored marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong sales acumen, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to build lasting relationships with SMB clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target potential SMB clients through research, outreach, and networking.
    • Generate leads using various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Consultative Selling:
    • Engage with business owners to understand their goals, challenges, and needs.
    • Present customized digital marketing solutions, such as SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and website development.
    • Demonstrate the value and ROI of digital marketing services for SMB growth.
  • Account Management:
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
    • Provide ongoing support and recommend additional services as client needs evolve.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
  • Market Knowledge and Reporting:
    • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitive offerings.
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM software, including client interactions and sales progress.
    • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Required Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with business owners.
  • Persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, web design).
Experience:
  • Sales Experience: 2–5 years in a sales role, preferably selling to SMBs or in digital marketing.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and their impact on business growth.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management tools for tracking sales pipelines and client interactions.
