We are a telecommunications company located in Woodstock, Ga. We specialize in interactive voice and call center services. Qualified candidates would handle inbound calls, outbound calls, and emails for a wide variety of clients.
We are currently looking for agents with flexibility between 1pm-9pm during the week. Saturday or Sunday is required and the time can vary from 8am-8pm.
We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time positions. Benefits are available for full-time employees after 90 days.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and positive disposition. The candidate should also have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Duties include Customer Service, Technical Support, Data entry/Transcriptions, answer phones, and direct calls, email trouble ticket support.
Required Skills/Qualifications Experience:2 year's customer service or retail support. Professional communication skills both verbal and written. Efficient at typing and navigating a computer.
