Job Description: A leading eDiscovery technology and consulting firm headquartered in Washington, DC is looking for a Client Development Support Specialist to provide ongoing assistance to a dedicated business development leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the eDiscovery industry. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
- Provide administrative support for items such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit client correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
- Assist with the coordination and organization of sales events, meetings, and conferences.
- Conduct research on potential clients and industry trends to support organizational growth.
- Assist with the preparation of client-related performance metrics.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the eDiscovery or legal industry.
- Strong knowledge of the eDiscovery industry and related technologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully both verbally and in written format.
- Ability to demonstrate superior organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in time sensitive situations.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.

SALARY: $55,000 - $60,000 annually depending on experience
