Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP requirements.
- Conduct regular quality audits to assess adherence to established quality standards.
- Oversee quality control processes, including quality inspection and analysis of products at various stages of production.
- Analyze data from quality inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all documentation related to quality assurance is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Lead investigations into product defects or non-conformance issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or Material Sciences. (Or 10-15 years of Manufacturing Experience.)
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within a regulated industry.
- Experience with quality audits, inspections, and the development of quality systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to fabricate reports based on data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently when required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
