Who You Are:
We are looking forward to hiring a well-spoken and experienced candidate who provides a high level of administrative support to senior leadership and the HR department. Performing a variety of duties and skilled tasks that will include preparing reports, collecting data, and administrative duties related to operations of the human resource department.
Responsibilities:
· Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
· Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
· Provides candidates for job openings by arranging applicant screenings, interviews, and assessments.
· Retrieves information as requested from HRIS, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares summaries of data when needed.
· Responds to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
· Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for senior leadership.
· Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
· Performs other general administrative duties as requested, which may include maintaining office supplies, and handling packages and correspondence.
· Assists in filling out expense reports.
· Provides overall Recruitment, Onboarding, and HR support.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
*Will also assist payroll in keeping attendance trackers and Employee engagement in creating and maintaining monthly activity calendars and weekly Operations statistics power points.
Requirements:
· Strong data entry and software management skills with excellent accuracy.
· Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
· Talent for building camaraderie among colleagues within various departments and at all professional levels.
· Ability to work in a high pace environment.
· Prior HR experience is considered an asset.
· Minimum of 1 years in an administrative role.
· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Previous interviewing experience is considered an asset.
· Supports diversity and inclusion initiatives.
· Strong computer and telephony skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Teamwork, etc.
