Job Description : Customer Service Representatives handle inbound calls. Representatives are required to maintain positive and professional interactions at all times. Tasks include placing orders and handling service inquiries. Team members are often required to collaborate with other team members for successful outcomes. Team members should be able to positively accept coaching in accordance with departmental goals and objectives.Essential Duties : Handle incoming calls, emails, letters, and / or chat sessions from customers.Input information from interactions into customer management system.Look up information to provide answers and recommendations to customersExplain products in a clear and professional manner.Obtain all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.Quickly assess customer needs and proactively provide solutions.Consistently use sale approach and techniques based on product.Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications : Comfortable using PC platforms, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft OfficeMust have open availability including weekendsAbility to type 25 wpm or greaterExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent troubleshooting skillsAttention to detailFlexible team player with ability to execute duties efficiently and error-freeReliable and conscientiousGood organizational skills and work habitsSkilled in time management and multi-taskingAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shiftsAbility to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needsHigh school diploma / GED certificate - higher education a plusA minimum of 6 months in a customer service environment
