This is a work on site opportunity at our location in Jacksonville, NC. (This is not a work from home position.)
What a typical day looks like:
- Input information from interactions into customer management system.
- Handle incoming emails and chat sessions from customers
- Look up information to provide answers and recommendations.
- Explain promotions in a clear and professional manner.
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to assist customers.
- Quickly assess customer needs and proactively provide solutions.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable using PC platforms, Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 25 wpm or greater
- Familiar with written correspondence
- Exceptional grammar/spelling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Flexible team player with ability to execute duties efficiently
- Reliable and conscientious
- Good organizational skills and work habits
- Open availability for HOOP: between 7am and 4pm, Monday through Sunday.
- Able to commute to Jacksonville site.
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business need
