Project Supervisor

We are seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee quality inspection and sorting projects at manufacturing plants and warehouses. This role is responsible for project setup, team management, customer communication, and ensuring operational excellence. The Project Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while fostering a positive work environment for employee growth.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all teams operate in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors.
• Manage customer relationships and provide regular updates.
• Conduct ongoing training to maintain consistency in processes.
• Complete required training and adhere to company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Experience in business-to-business customer relations.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel to customer facilities on short notice as needed.
