Salary Range : $75,000 - $78,000, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Assigns work orders to appropriate team members as appropriate to meet customer commitments
- Provides leadership and guidance to ensure work performed matches customer and / or service order request
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance
- Clearly communicate goals, expectations and provide timely feedback as appropriate
- Interacts with customer as needed to provide status updates, obtain additional information and ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Provides daily status updates to management on progress of work orders
- Works with appropriate team members to resolve issues or request support as needed
- Travel by vehicle to customers either by driving or as a passenger.
- Other duties as assigned
