Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound rate requests based on urgency and value
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing carriers
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new carriers, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve pricing and carrier capacity objectives
- Monitor shipment status, manage container milestones, and optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and carriers to resolve issues and improve overall experience
- Maintain accurate TMS data, ensuring up-to-date records of freight movement activities, carrier profiles, and billing information
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights for customers
