What are the responsibilities and job description for the SALES ASSOCIATE - WILLIAMSBURG position at Conte's Bike Shop?
Supports the store manager by delivering exceptional customer service and advising clients on product, service and community options within the business. This role has one priority: Customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service
Ensure all operational tasks delegated are completed
Mitigate customer service issues by helping to proactively manage issues as they arise
Arrive early to setup the store to open on time
Close out the store at the end of the day
Ensure a high degree of focus on visual merchandising and store cleanliness
Focus on constantly developing product knowledge
$16/hr (minimum). Final pay based on experience
Qualifications:
Must be a good communicator; excellent people skills
Strong organizational skills
Must provide motivating and enthusiastic customer experiences
Be able to handle high volume sales and lead team accordingly
Flexible; must fit in and work well with all peers
Has a high attention to detail
Be flexible and open to a high degree of change
