What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleanroom Inside Lead position at Contec, Inc.?
The primary purpose of the position is to maintain the flow of the cleanroom, to maintain assigned task and priority of orders, ensure production quality goals are met, standards are being followed in a safe work environment in the Cleanroom area.
Responsibilities
- Meets regular and reliable work-site attendance requirements in order to perform the job and meet productivity standards.
- Responsible for conformance to policies and procedures.
- Maintains an environment that promotes the core values and culture of Contec
- Assigns duties to work cell personnel.
- Submit fault reports into maintenance if equipment needs fixed.
- Organizes adequate raw materials for production to maintain the production schedule and flow of the room.
- Issues material used in orders.
- Identifies problems and reports to Supervisors.
- Reports status updates within shift.
- Informs supervisor of problems, suggestions, and opportunities.
- Assists in evaluating and reports performance.
- Works with Trainer to ensure that all operators are proficient.
- Motivate Table Leads and OJT in a positive manner to meet production goals.
- Conduct trials on products to eliminate waste and improve throughput.
- Calculate cleanroom production numbers for the entire shift/table.
- Inspects production equipment/processes to ensure safe and proper functioning.
- Train upcoming Laundry Leads
- Assists in training for upcoming Table Leads
- Others may be assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 3 yrs. (required) – 5 yrs. (preferred) related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or equivalent skill matrix knowledge.
