Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician at Contech Engineered Solutions LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and installing all plant equipment, while being accountable for Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) process. You will also educate, direct, and support employees in reference to TPM and equipment repair compliance and maintain maintenance budget.
About the Job:
In this position, you will work closely with your team to identify and implement cost-effective solutions for replacing obsolete components, read and interpret blueprints for repair and installation of equipment, and perform welding, burning, brazing, and soldering as required to maintain plant equipment. You will also adjust repairs or replace parts, assemblies, and machine equipment.
