About The Role
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our customer relationships, ensuring a smooth, seamless, and exceptional experience from start to finish. At Contempo, we believe that exceptional packaging goes beyond just the product—it’s about the experience we provide every step of the way.
Your role will focus on building strong, lasting relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate excels at customer service, project management, and communication. This role goes beyond just sales—while sales skills are important, we place a strong emphasis on following up, staying organized, and keeping projects on track. The core trait we seek is reliability.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Customer communication: Responding quickly to customer emails and phone calls to provide a world-class level of service.
Tracking and project updates: Sending customers tracking information and ensuring they are informed at every stage of their order.
Packaging consultation: Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best packaging solutions.
Art department coordination: Working closely with our art team to fulfill customer requests and ensure design accuracy.
Customer call management: Attending customer calls, taking notes, and sending same-day email recaps with next steps.
Project management: Keeping projects on schedule and ensuring that critical deadlines are met.
Order entry and inventory tracking: Entering orders into our system and tracking customer inventory levels.
Problem-solving: Addressing any issues that arise and ensuring customer satisfaction through resolution.
