Job Discription
- Identify and control the maintainability risk in each phase of product development;
- Provide support to the sales department on customer developing and contract signing, decompose tasks to internal teams;
- Internal resource coordination of market-side problems;
- Promote the digital intelligence of service technology-related work;Technical guidance for complex on-site failure;
- Formulate maintenance technical document;
- Cross-departmental communication to solve quality problems;
- Process and standard formulation of technology-related business.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above, Major in Science and Engineering;
- Have project management knowledge and understand the working principle of battery products;
- Be familiar with troubleshooting ideas of battery products, and master the standard usage of common tools and diagnostic equipment;
- Background of lithium battery, energy storage system, UPS and inverter products;
- Proficiency in English;
- Good communication skills,accept frequent business trips.
