Part-Time Accountant – Contemporary Community Solution, LLC

Location: Memphis, TN (Hybrid/Remote Possible)

Hours: 15 - 30 hours per week Pay: $25 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

About Us

We are a growing home health company dedicated to providing quality care to our patients. We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced accountant to manage our financial processes, including billing, payroll, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations

• Process payroll and ensure tax compliance

• Assist with Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance billing

• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting

• Support end-of-year audits and tax preparation

• Ensure financial data security and compliance

• Maintain physical and digital records of all financial transactions (i.e. receipts and invoices)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (re quired)

• 2 years of accounting experience (home health or healthcare preferred)

• Experience with QuickBooks Oline, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products

• Strong understanding of GAAP and healthcare financial regulations

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
