What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position at Contemporary Cybernetics?
Commercial office building seeking Facilities Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for safe, reliable operations at facility and on grounds. Maintaining service level agreements, customer service requests and responding to abnormal conditions or equipment status alarms.
Regular duties include:
- Conducting routine inspections and performing preventive maintenance of facility, grounds, and equipment
- Performing basic cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of facility, grounds, and equipment
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them
- Repairing machines, equipment, and structures as necessary
8am-5pm. Possibility of earlier hours during certain months.
