The primary responsibilities of the Night Manager are as follows : to lease and pre-lease apartments; assist with resident relations when scheduled during regular business hours; assist residents with issues when on call; participate in resident functions. Additional primary responsibilities when scheduled after hours are as follows :
Responsibilities :
Night manager is responsible for after hour's lockouts and noise complaints.
14 hours in the office- off call week- clock in and out of Paycor
7 hours in the office- on call week- clock in and out of Paycor
On call week- Must do rounds between each building at least 2x per night and send report each morning by 9am to the Property Manager. They are to record any noise issues, etc. on this report. Every Sunday night they are to perform a lighting inspection throughout the entire community with that report on the manager's desk by 9am on Mondays. The on call times vary depending on office hours (i.e. on call starts at 4pm on Saturdays and 6pm during the week). The Night Manager on call must be within 10 minutes of the community when the office is not open. The Night Manager is responsible for checking in / on any courtesy officers when applicable.
It is the responsibility of the Night Manager to handle fire alarms and communicate with the fire department and / or police department. Communicating effectively and quickly with the Property Manager is a necessity.

In addition, the job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to climb stairs.
