At Contemporary Management Concepts (CMC), we're looking for a proactive, organized, and friendly Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the safety and beauty of our community!
Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Perform routine maintenance and repairs for buildings, grounds, and amenities to keep everything in top condition
🛠️ Implement preventative maintenance programs and service essential systems like air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical
💦 Oversee pool maintenance and ensure safety standards are met
🧰 Maintain inventory and ensure the maintenance shop is well-stocked and organized
👥 Build positive relationships with residents, handling service requests and ensuring smooth communication.
What We’re Looking For:
- A hands-on problem-solver with experience in general maintenance (appliances, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Strong commitment to safety, including knowledge of OSHA standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using hand tools and small power tools
- A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Must be physically capable of performing tasks like lifting up to 60 lbs. and working in varying temperatures
