GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Administrative Specialist will assist in administrative and operational duties for various departments as assigned for Contemporary Services Corporation in the Atlanta office. While primarily located in the office during business hours, this position will also require assistance and travel to various work sites as they assist in the scheduling, training, and supervision of administrative duties in the field. The Administrative Specialist will report to both the Branch Manager and Regional Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties below reflect the minimum requirements for this position:
- Assist in the development and execution of events that promote the safety and experience of guests.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and event operations.
- Logistics: assist with the physical setup/breakdown of equipment, distributing uniforms, radios, event day paperwork, and other equipment as needed
- Fulfill administrative duties such as data entry, correspondence, facilitating meetings, procurement and care of operational supplies, general communication with staff, and other office and event responsibilities, as necessary.
- Assist in the workforce management of CSC Event Staff, including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, scheduling, database management and on-site supervision.
- Interacts with employees and clients in a professional manner.
- Perform various other duties as may be assigned by any of the CSC Managers.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs)

- Must be able to work with a variety of personalities and work effectively through conflict resolution.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree; with 2-3 years of experience in the administrative/Human Resources field, preferably in the crowd management business.
