Payment Processor
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Payment Processor to join our client for a temporary position in Fishers, IN! As the Payment Processor, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer payments, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and minimizing financial risks. This role offers $19 / hour!
Responsibilities of the Payment Processor Include :
- Accurately post customer payments, payoffs, and reversals to the servicing system, performing daily reconciliations.
- Handle exception items, process exception reports, and conduct root cause analysis to mitigate risks.
- Set up and maintain ACH accounts, ensuring timely and secure transactions.
- Scan and process mortgage payments into the servicing system and depository bank.
- Open and process mail, track incoming items, and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
