As the Product Development Specialist, you will support product development efforts by contributing technical expertise in drug formulation and analytical chemistry, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. This direct hire opportunity starts at $120,000 / year depending on experience!
Responsibilities of the Product Development Specialist Include :
- Collaborate with Operations to develop new formulations that meet clinical needs and customer requirements.
- Design and execute stability studies, draft protocols, and generate final reports for product evaluations.
- Oversee and respond to change controls affecting product stability, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Investigate product deviations and implement corrective actions, documenting findings and resolutions.
- Draft and maintain detailed product information and reports for technical services, marketing, and regulatory submissions.
