This permanent opportunity offers $98,000-$137,000 annually! This role involves supervising docketing processes, coordinating workflow, maintaining data accuracy, and providing leadership to a team of docketing specialists. The Trademark Docket Supervisor will also collaborate with management to implement best practices and ensure compliance with evolving trademark laws and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the trademark docketing team, including assigning tasks, monitoring workflows, and conducting quality checks on docketing activities.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data entry and updates within the trademark docketing system.
• Provide leadership by fostering a collaborative team environment, offering training and development opportunities, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with management to develop and refine policies and procedures for docketing operations.
• Manage the intake and distribution of incoming trademark documents, ensure proper docketing of due dates and remarks, and generate reports as needed.
• Maintain compliance with trademark rules and procedures, implementing updates to systems and processes as laws and regulations evolve.
• Supervise the transfer of trademark records in and out of the organization in accordance with established policies.
