Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking several Client Services Administrators to join our client for a temporary, hybrid opportunity in Wayne, PA! As the Client Services Administrator, you will support policy processing and underwriting teams by managing client requests, maintaining service standards, and ensuring accurate and efficient account handling. This role offers $20 / hour!
Responsibilities of the Client Services Administrator Include :
- Process bind, cancel, loss run, and agent copy requests while maintaining a quality ratio of 95% or higher and completing at least 200 cases per month.
- Communicate effectively with brokers, agencies, customers, and internal teams to clarify requests and ensure accurate policy processing.
- Research property locations, verify prior coverage and loss history, and assign occupancy codes for underwriting support.
- Assist in account preparation for new and renewal business, including handling special accounts like hospitals, municipalities, and colleges.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service and resolving client inquiries promptly.
