Job Title: Collections Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Specialist to join our client on a temporary/contract basis. This role is focused on recovering outstanding receivables and improving cash flow efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in collections, employ effective recovery strategies, and contribute to enhancing collections processes. This position offers the flexibility to work onsite in Fort Washington, PA, or remotely for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone who can provide their own equipment.
Compensation:
- $22/hour
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day during normal business hours.
Key Responsibilities of the Collections Specialist:
- Focus on recovering outstanding receivables efficiently and effectively.
- Improve the collection of past-due accounts in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement new collections strategies and processes to enhance future collections.
- Support cash flow improvement to facilitate working capital requirements and debt payments.
Qualifications and Skills for the Collections Specialist:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage collection efforts professionally.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
