Job Title: Customer Service Collections Representative
Job Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Collections Representatives to join our client. This 100% remote position is available to candidates residing in FL, TN, GA, KY, AL, OH, WV, VA, SC, MD, OK, AR, and NC. In this role, you will engage with customers to provide assistance with account inquiries, process payments, and resolve outstanding balances while maintaining a high level of professionalism and compliance with industry regulations.
Compensation:
- $17.00 per hour, paid biweekly
- Overtime paid at time and a half
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST
- One Saturday shift every four weeks (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM), with a compensatory day off the following week
- Opportunities for mandatory and voluntary overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers in resolving account delinquencies and setting up payment arrangements
- Educate customers on available repayment options and company policies
- Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal protocols
- Accurately document all customer interactions and follow-up actions in the system
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including call volume, handle time, and adherence standards
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, collections, or a call center environment preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
