Summary
As a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor at Contempra Inn, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in and check-out experience. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction while supporting the overall operations of the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records of guest accounts.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Perform nightly audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and balanced.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
