Summary
As a Hotel Housekeeper at Contempra Inn, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our guest rooms and common areas. Your contributions will ensure that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning activities.
- Assist with laundry services as required to support housekeeping operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
