About the opportunity

• Own and perform timely bank reconciliations and other core accounting functions
• Support more complex accounting areas, including capitalization analysis, foreign currency considerations, and intercompany transactions

What to expect?

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret large data sets to support monthly and quarterly reporting
• Contribute to monthly close processes, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and optimize financial processes and controls
• Play an active role in identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and scalability
• Participate in financial audits and support compliance efforts
• Stay up to date on GAAP and other accounting standards impacting SaaS companies

Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range: $98,000-$108,000
[This position is eligible for equity awards, annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards in accordance with the terms of Contentful’s variable compensation plans.]
