We are looking for a Product Manager to execute on our Ecosystem strategy. To do so, you will craft a roadmap that prioritizes high-impact improvements to existing Contentful built apps, scales contributions to our Marketplace, and empowers other Contentful development teams adding apps to the marketplace. In addition to building your roadmap you will conduct primary research with partners and customers as well as competitive and market analysis to deeply understand customer segments and the most impactful apps for those segments. You’ll collaborate heavily with design and PMM peers, and be supported by a Principal Product Manager. This is a hybrid role at Contentful's Denver office.
What to Expect
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and analyze customer signal to identify new product opportunities
- Lead customer discovery efforts, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, developer relations, and marketing, to ensure successful community development and product creation
- Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product success
- Drive the product development process, including product requirements, user stories and success metrics
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver products and improvements to market
- Communicate product status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Contribute to Ecosystem product strategy, including product vision, roadmap, and opportunity prioritization
What you need to be successful
- 4 years of experience in product management
- Confidence owning a roadmap, driving features from inception to launch, and course correcting when projects get delayed or derailed.
- Experience leading customer discovery or user research projects.
- Data driven thinking that includes understanding; company metrics, their relationship to discovery work, and how your features and solutions connect the two.
- Skill at effectively communicating to different audiences ranging from customers and partners, to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-informed decisions in situations with high uncertainty.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Colorado Salary Range: $137,000 - $151,000
