What You’ll Do:
- Lead AI Implementation: Partner with technical teams to introduce AI offerings that accelerate market motion, boost productivity, and address internal challenges.
- Strategize and Prioritize: Identify high-impact projects, set clear priorities, and align them with our overarching company goals.
- Evaluate Solutions: Determine the best approach, adopting cutting edge apps or building new tools, to meet the teams' unique needs.
- Communicate Impact: Keep stakeholders in the loop with regular updates, gather feedback, and tweak plans to achieve the best outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and IT, to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Manage product backlogs to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
What You Need to be Successful
- 1 years of experience leading AI or ML programs in an enterprise environment.
- 5 years of experience as a program manager.
- Experience with agile project management practices.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment with efficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to manage uncertainty and address potential trade-offs.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to all levels of an organization.
- 2 years of experience managing engineering programs, coordinating multiple teams toward common objectives.

Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
Colorado Salary Range: $174,000 - $195,000
