What you'll do :
- Manage a team of CSMs across APJ.
- Proactively recruit, enable, and retain a high performing team in alignment with the Contentsquare spirit. You inspire, coach and engage your team to achieve above and beyond their goals.
- You create intimacy amongst team members and business partners to develop an environment of trust where people can grow and thrive.
- Establish and implement a strategic business plan to ensure Contentsquare customers in APJ are consistently receiving value and are renewable.
- Through your team, you deliver the gross retention net-dollar expansion number for your assigned book of business.
- Coach and develop your team members to become best in class Customer Success Managers.
- Drive internal collaboration and open communication between Customer Success, Services, Product, Support and Sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Create solid partnerships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
