Position Overview :
The Enablement Program Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales excellence across the organization. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Sales, this individual is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team. The ideal candidate is an innovative and experienced sales coach and program manager who is creative, inspiring, and driven to build a culture of continuous learning and growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the sales organization, driving growth and success through impactful enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Onboarding & Training
Develop and manage a comprehensive new hire onboarding program to accelerate ramp time and ensure early success.
Act as a coach for the sales team, providing one-on-one and group coaching to improve performance and close rates.
Develop and execute innovative sales enablement strategies and programs that align with business goals.
Design and facilitate leadership development programs for sales managers to enhance their coaching and management skills.
Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, gathering feedback to improve content and delivery.
